Simplifying Travel with AirEase

AirEase is an AI-powered airport assistant that simplifies the travel experience for every type of passenger. Designed through user research and iterative prototyping, the app helps travelers navigate TSA, manage delays, and plan ahead with features like real-time updates, AR navigation, priority queuing, rebooking assistance, and relaxation tools. The project explored service prototyping methods, from paper and Lego prototyping to service staging, to create a seamless, inclusive, and stress-free airport journey.
